The majority of the items on electroCore™ Apparel Shop are print on demand. Print items have a production time of 10 to 14 days and ship on the 3rd or 5th business day. Production time does not include shipping time (please keep this in mind when placing your orders). In stock items ship out the same day if order is placed before noon (unless on back order). If an item is on back order we will notify you of any delay with your order. All items on the shop are custom printed and can not be exchanged/returned. Use tax to your state is due on the use or consumption of taxable goods or services when sales tax was not paid at the time of purchase.

If you have a specific deadline, please make sure to indicate that in the notes section of your order. While we employ our best efforts to meet your target deadline date, unforeseen delays in delivery services (UPS or FedEx), breakdown of equipment, inclement weather, acts of nature and other occurrences may impact our ability to meet the deadline.
